Sales Personas

Sales managers and account reps need to understand the needs and goals of the people they are contacting. The Personas tab contains all the details of the fictional characters representing your typical audiences, so that reps can assign the right personas to their leads and contacts.

Viewing and managing personas

  1. Click on the Personas tab then click on a linked persona title to view the details.
  2. You can sort on any field in the personas table or create custom filters to help you locate the information you need.

Adding a persona to a contact

  1. Within the Skyword Salesforce App, navigate to your Contacts tab.
  2. Click a contact name to open the details page.
  3. On the Persona sub-tab, click the radio button associated with the person you want to assign.
  4. The app automatically saves your selection and posts a success message to confirm it.
